1 Thessalonians 4:13; 5:9, Matthew 25:41

“For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:9

Every believer who is looking forward to being in Heaven should always be joyful. Our God has not marked us out for hell. Hell was not prepared for man but for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41).

The devil and his angels revolted against God and so were perpetually condemned unto hell fire. The judgement on them is irreversible (Ezekiel 14:12-15). Whosoever therefore will tow the line of the devil in rebelling against God and by refusing the salvation He has given through Christ and by disobeying God will also receive the same judgement. Seek therefore to ensure your salvation through Christ Jesus and to continually live in obedience to God.

There is hope for every believer and this is why we do not sorrow for those who died in Christ. When a believer dies, he actually sleeps to wake on the resurrection morning and there is hope of seeing such a person again. Seek therefore that your relations and those you know shall come to the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Good morning.
